Can I know the difference between untouched and activated themes?

actually i am bit confused which to be download or which to be upload on wp.

any help will be appreciable i tried on G but not clear with the answer i only found about activated that also not specific.

Untouched is a freshly downloaded resource from their source
Nulled, as the name suggests, means the activation process has been nulled, and it does not ask for activation codes/licenses anymore.

Some themes/plugins require some sort of activation to run/install whether it's by serial key or authorization on the authors site. Some require it just for updates. Some require it to unlock features. Some don't require anything.
