For example when I add a new pricing rule :
0-50 km distance initial fee + €20.00
I create another pricing rule :
if time is from 0:00 to 6:00 add Initial fee + €40.00

this works fine and final price of booking is €60.00

but for example if in the pricing rule I don't use initial fee but price per kilometer
example : 0-50 km distance price per kilometer + €2.00 / km
if time is from 0:00 to 6:00 it don't add + €40.00 to the final price...

do you know why, I'll appreciate your help
