I made m account and tried adding a addon domain and it keeps give me a error saying I’m trying to add a sub domain when I’m not I’ve tried with a few different domain now and get the same thing
Then i installed word press from the script the install went fine but it will not let me install any themes or even pluggin
Can you fix these thanks

Your PHP max_execution_time is less than 300 seconds. This probably means you're running in safe_mode. Either disable safe_mode or modify your php.ini to set max_execution_time to a higher number. If you do not, there is a chance Updraft will be unable to complete a backup.
Hi can you please set the PHP max_execution_time to 500 seconds min as we are unble to test any themes or plugins . i have pm you and put i ticket in but had no responce
