[Help] Multisite Installation | can't open subsite dashboard

here is what i had done

• installed main site
• made second site(working correctly)
• made third site(worked at first & deleted, don't know why)
• made third site again after few days with same name but lost access to dashboard, also site is not opening
• maybe because i had made a subdomain with same name, guess it's directory is opening there as it's not wp install on frontend
• but i had deleted both subsite and subdomain again made subsite with same name , still can't access.

Any Suggestion??

@Bogusheart i guess that's because it is not deleted from account completely.
it's under my account and when i tried deleting them it just gave a refresh. and nothing happened , the sites are still there, can you check. or maybe authorize me so i can take it down,.
