I uploaded a new resource that is not on here and it just disappeared and not showing within my resources awaiting approval

I'm not playing games here I'm getting ready fed up with the way this site is getting run now if its not Babak just re-allocating my resources to another user without explanation and saying you have X Y Z resources
Now my resources are just getting deleted and not being approved
