Someone here uses this plugin:

Because I use the FreshDesk system in the plan (Sprout Free) and when trying to integrate this plugin into my helpdesk it asks for API

And in the free plan Freshdesk does not release the API

How do you get around this?

In my case I will not be able to use the plugin then?
