please update here if you did received any response from aws. I know that they will do some manual check with the provider, maybe pass the business name/email/etc for the to approved. then only aws will issue the credits.

Getting the 100,000 credits is a huge undertaking, it is required to be with angel, incubator or self-funded, but you must provide a current AWS vendor/service provider number your working with, & a legal filed registered business.

Yes you need a complete new identity and new credit card details to get the credits.
