The 'Avada' nulled official template originally uploaded by @Atsekabe in this thread is properly 'NULLED' but that doesn't mean you can install all official 'Add-ons' and theme 'Demos' from their inbuilt 'Demo Importer'.... No, you can't. For that you have to follow the below guide:​

Install them using the free "All-in-One WP Migration" plugin.

After restoring, navigate to Avada > Options and click SAVE CHANGES to ensure the styles are correctly set. All done!

Indeed. But can't this be nulled for good?! Every theme has a mechanism for checking the license and many of them has been successfully nulled and posted here. Why this can't be nulled??!!

With the nulled theme version you can't download the Website Demo Versions and also not install the additional Plugins. With this version with the 2-weeks-key you can install them. After that you can install the nulled theme, when you want

Great. But in my case could not import the ebike demo that i like. I am designing my web on localhost and the validation process requires passing a valid key (OK) and a domain, so in my case demo import fails. I will appreciate if someone help me, please. I just need the ebike demo backup file. Best regards

I tried to import e-bike and works fine for me, Can you try again, if you face error send me screenshots in inbox I'll try to analyse.

As I'm about to master this theme, it's highly suggested that do not use DEMO files for creating a live website. at first, it's going to be good but, in the future, it will become a nightmare! just because you have to clean-up those unwanted big sized rows in database.
