Hi @jeru10,

If you somehow can't remove this item by the website builder you use (WPBakery, Elementor…), you can try to do it differently… Open the page in Google Chrome or Mozilla, right click on ”Inspect” then click on the icon in the left corner, then click on the page right above the “item that must be removed”… On the right side the item's CSS classes will appear, add or change the CSS to “hide”…

If you still need some additional help, please send the link of the page, that we can help you more easily and quickly.

2. when i did " Inspect " the code of the div is -classid="block-2" class widget widget_block.....

what is the best way to do it safe without losing google rank (the website is in the first page of google search)

Just delete those folders from zip file (if you want update old version to new one):
betheme/function/importer/demo
betheme/function/importer//slider-revolution-demo
