Goto BuddyBoss Theme settings --> Activity -->
In Activity Settings Turn on (Check) the "Link Previews" option.
Yes it does supports the video preview but you have to turn it on from your settings
Buddy, I can't describe a fix for this issue until I troubleshoot it
