Can any one suggest me What should i use for Customised Suits Website

It seems like it's completely custom made website. I'm afraid you won't find ready for use solution. I would say the easiest way to create website like that would be using woocommerce with your own template combined by some kind of swatches plugin (properly customized). Using Oxygen builder would speed up process considerably.
 
I agree with @Gentleman. I took a look at the code powering Hockerty.com and my impression is that this is completely custom made. It appears that no known CMS/blogging platforms were used and that usually indicates that the developers needed complete control over the UI and business logic. Which proves to be essential for a site like this. You can try to shoot them an email telling them that you love their design and that you're losing hair wondering how-the-heck they did this. Most people are usually glad to help out provided that you ask them in a positive and energizing way.
