To access kit library and pro templates, you need to have account on Elementor site with pro license which will be validated on site server.

With the version 3.7.7 and the updated upfater.php file, Yes, You Can import Pro templates, I just did so.

Here's that altered version.
Connect a FREE account first; then load this pro plugin version and activate it.
I've not tested this a lot yet, but I am able to download pro templates and access pro widgets like nav menu
