I tested this one on my site and it's working flawlessly. I didn't even have to downgrade as mentioned by other member. License and translations are doing fine.

In the Element Manager, the Permission section does not work and displays the Upgrade Now button.

from the site I see that it asks for an update but looking here https://elementor.com/pro/changelog/ I was wondering why they hadn't yet indicated the release of the update
