Ohoo but i have not entered any code into my wordpress admin panel simply uploaded zip and theme worked maybe they bring this feature in v1.9.3
found a way around it. the plugin is actually in the theme folder, inc, plugins folder. all i did was copy it to the wordpress plugin folder, unzip then go to the wordpress plugin link and activated them
