The speed maybe the same in fact. However, Website with Flying Press has bigger total size than the one with WP Rocket (Google PageSpeed Insight)

Yes, I have still used them until now. But Flying Press is more lightweight, it makes the same result in fact for user experience but lower score in PageSpeed InsightThis topic was discussed in previous comments in the WP Rocket section.
If you are using WP Rocket (Nulled version), it is good for caching.
To remove unused CSS, you can install the Perfmatters plugin or the free Debloat plugin.
