Help Desk website or system

Hello i would like first to ask you people you maybe can help me out.
I'm looking for a website free for usage for Ticket system like ticksy.com for codecanyon api

Other option is to suggest me an php script system that i can use, maybe HelpDesk 3 or BeDesk or something that is secured and good.
I would be glad if someone assist me with the best choice.

Have no idea you will need to investigate further and check it out. It supports API but don't know anything else about it.

yes i have plans for starting selling products thats why im looking for ticket system solution that can work with envato

You can use osticket to poll an email account and pull in tickets that way if that's any help.

I understand, not sure there would be a ticket system unless it was custom coded that would support that feature.
