The free alternative to this plugin for all of those who don't have those providers such as Amazon and etc, it's a plugin called Statically which is free on the Wordpress library, does the exact same thing, they load your images through their CDN so technically the images load on their servers while the original image being on yours, it's kinda complex, but it's great. Might want to take a look at it as well! Plus they can serve the images as .webp automatically
