Yes it is nulled, you need to install both files from the main download.

With a resource always go on the basis of....

If you have been given just Pro/Premium, then you can just install that and grab Free from WordPress.

If you have been given both Pro/Premium and Free versions, then you need to install both of them for it to work.

w.org tracks so much. plugin works without calling home aswell.
the worst is even in pro version the admin mails send out reports using images hostsed on w.org making effin murica track you.
do you remove crap like this or just dont care?
 
4.10 not sending newsletters -> test mail OK, Preview or newsletter not received.
Parameters -> OK.
In log:
mms.ERROR: key-validation.failed ... premium...

Event with premium version disabled or deleted.
