for notifications from babia.to, just simply remove domain from browser settings (sttings, search permisions, notification settings, and remove babia.to. This is for mozilla, but its applicable to chrome or other browser), then allow notification from babia.to. I dont think the notification could be disabled from server side (the notification is controled by client side-> allow or deny)
