Just curious about this addon if you can do this:
>Create a form ,let say:
1. Year: *box so user can enter the info*
2.Make: ....
3.Model:...
4.Vin:....
5.Millage:...
and so on, and after is submitted to appear in his profile, can this be done with this addon?

Yes, it's much better then the current form system
