If you have a Lynda.com account you can take many courses for flutter and dart.

Dr. Angela Yu however thank you, dear. I'm still looking above-mentioned course to follow because his explanations are the best!
 
Good luck in your research. I don't know how many courses I followed and in the end I found that in many cases the open source documentation on the official website of the framework was the best way to learn. And many programming exercises .. ;)

Give some time to Flutter to build. Because it is not 100% ready for the web yet. So chill for now :D
I know that, but there are some basic designs and development courses available on udemy. that's why asked.
will wait for Flutter Doctor to Complete Web development Package Release. chill!
