- Added "Tickets and Chats" Counts For Each User & Department
- Added Option to Resend the Guest Ticket Access Link
- Added Option to Resend the Verification Email (Guest, Customer)
- Some Fixes, Minor Adjustments, and Improvements
- Updated the Documentation
