To activate the customizer on Soledad follow the steps and the images.​

Step #1. First Go to appearance/theme file editor. look for functions.php
then search for the word customizer and below you will see this:

if ( penci_loads_cm() ) {
include( trailingslashit( get_template_directory() ). 'inc/customizer/framework/bootstrap.php' );
} else {
penci_show_cs_notice();
}




Step #2. Replace it with this:

include( trailingslashit( get_template_directory() ). 'inc/customizer/framework/bootstrap.php' );




And now you will get all the features working hope that have worked for those with the same problem.

"after install the required plugin" so is not an issue with template.. but with a plugin...

Strange.. I used it on 4 differents website and NO ERROR !!

So I think.. If u don't want a probelm with.. need to go on official website and buy it !
