Yeah it happened to me too, Credit to @Ledzepy for a simple fix.

-- uninstall core plugin, unistall uncode, activate default theme & clean DB tables first --
1. Upload the theme file provided by Ledzepy and activate.
2. On the system status page, you should have a red warning about core plugin not being installed. Also a link to install it.
3. Click that link and you're done.
Let us know if you have success with that

FYI... VIsual composer is not working neither on Content Block!
+ Just try a fresh install, same thing...

Sorry to hear it bro, we're working above my pay grade now.
I know others are having the same issue, hopefully it's resolved next update although i know that doesn't help right now.

Huge thanks for your help! I've tried everything... Only thing is working is the Archive above from @leroy BUT only on a clean install and not activated... I can't start again from start, sadely. I have to wait your working update...
