No offence.. Anyone who can't figure out how to download a nulled resource, probably doesn't need to be looking to host a website.I hope so

I also like Mega but it's bandwidth limited. So if your members are thousands you will face issue. I see it to return a bandwidth usage message, many times.
Every download providing site have bandwidth limits in some extant on free downloads. But mega is Far best then others.

Check and clean your browser cache, disable any browser addon that might block such things. Afterwards check your web server (apache,nginx) logs. I find the developer tools in chrome a good choice for easy debugging such issues.

It looks a mixed situation here. Please check if all files (of whmcs) are uploaded to this server. And also check the permissions of files/folders.
I suggest to set your ftp client (filezilla) in binary mode for the uploads.
Did you setup this server or is a shared hosting plan ? If you buy it , you should talk to the system administrator if you setup it you should check the configuration files. Error 403 means that it block you to see the the files. Error 404 means that the files is missing. Something you do not do right here. Best of all is to reupload WHMCS files and check if everything is done properly.
