it seems to me that Version 3.18.1 (11th July 2022) is already out and fixes some bugs. It would be wonderful if you had it.

no such issue here ... Try 3rd party caching plugins (Like Litespeed, if you have litespeed server)Generally plugin is work, But not use data from cache
